Agricultural broker / appraiser (M/F), 32/40 hours in front of our office in Helmond.

Job description:

You mediate in particular in the purchase and sale of houses in the countryside, agricultural businesses and agricultural land, in the region of Brabant and Limburg;
You appraise agricultural real estate for various purposes, you work independently within our team Landelijk Wonen;

Job requirements:

• You have a HBO (higher professional education) degree in brokerage or other professional training;
• You have diplomas for the valuation of agricultural real estate and are registered in the registers;
• A few years of proven experience in agricultural real estate;
• A network in the agricultural and/or equestrian sector is an advantage;
• You are independent, proactive and an inspiring team player with good communication skills.
• You work customer- and result-oriented with strong commercial and communication skills;
• Entrepreneurship, innovation drive and no eight to five mentality.
