WHOM YOU ARE

Because of a next step in our professionalization we are currently looking for you, a very good New Building Real Estate Agent:

• has a minimum HBO level (through work experience or education in real estate);
• strong in creative thinking;
• writes perfect Dutch (if your English is also above average you score extra points);
• has organizational skills and a service-oriented attitude;
• is pro-active and curious;
• has affinity with the city of Eindhoven;
• always wants to get the maximum result;
• has a sense of humour, even before 9:00 in the morning.

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

As a New Building Broker at Van Santvoort Makelaars:

• (assisting) in the sale of new build projects in the Eindhoven region;
• Managing and executing the online marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Funda Ads, etc.);
• you will work with direct colleagues in a close-knit team, in addition you will have a lot of contact with sales staff and project developers of our professional clients;
• You are co-responsible for the content on the websites (a.o. Funda.nl), social media, mailings, etc..;
• You will take care of the customer journey from interest to completion of the new home;
• monitor the sales process.
