Groenheyde – Eersel – 4 lots

Groenheyde exudes tranquility in everything, while it is actually only a stone’s throw away from the lovely center of Eersel. But also the forests, heaths and meadows where you can get lost on one of the many cycling or hiking trails. From Groenheyde you can really go in all directions. But it is just as nice to just be at home and enjoy the life around you in your own backyard. We have arranged the plots in such a way that your privacy is guaranteed. We play with flowing and natural transitions where we separate ‘communal’ from ‘private’. The trees of your own forest also offer you a wonderful view of the rural surroundings.

CONCEPT
On the outskirts of the village of Eersel, a development of four lots is planned. On the triangular plot at the Postelseweg, an appropriate landscape integration will be made. The main themes which serve as the basis for the landscape integration are the room-like and the forest-like structure of the landscape. The open and closed structure will be emphasized by this. On the north side of the parcel, four houses will be situated in a surrounded wooded bank, which creates a natural green ‘room’.

The central courtyard and the front gardens of the houses are designed jointly. At the corner of Rosheuvel and Postelseweg, a forest will be planted to create a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The visual quality plan, linked to the zoning plan, will result in a high quality, rural and contemporary look, where the designs form a family unit.
