HORSE STABLES
There are two detached stables, which are furnished with a total of seven horse boxes and a washing/grooming area.
Horse stable I:
The detached horse stable next to the bakehouse is constructed of masonry walls with a wooden roof, wooden trusses and a tiled roof. French doors in the side wall provide access. The stable has its own fuse box. There is also a wash area with a rubber floor. There is a boiler for hot and cold water and a sink. There are 3 horse stalls, which
have different dimensions. The stalls are equipped with partly hardwood/partly galvanised front walls with sliding doors. The stalls also have windows with safety bars and an outside hatch. There is a mezzanine equipped with the central heating boiler for the washroom.
Horse stable II:
The second detached horse stable is equipped with a lean-to on the side wall, which can be used for storage, for example for hay/straw. Next to the lean-to is a tack room. This room has a tiled floor and is equipped with heating. There are various shelves. A double door provides access. Double doors in the side wall provide access to the stable area. There are four mare boxes here. These boxes have a tiled floor and partly hardwood/partly galvanised front walls with sliding doors. The boxes also have an outside hatch. Sliding doors from the stables provide access to the storage room/garage. The room has a concrete floor. A fixed cupboard wall provides extra storage space. There is also a toilet and a sink. The room houses the central heating boiler (Nefit Excellent) and a boiler for hot water. A staircase provides access to the very spacious attic. This generous space is suitable for various purposes. The storage room, the former office space, has a vinyl floor, granol walls and a stucco ceiling. There is an attractive old fireplace. A door provides access to the yard and the storage space.
OTHER FACILITIES
The yard is further equipped with an outdoor arena, two paddocks, various pastures, a covered lunging circle, a horse walker, a manure pit and a charging station for two electric vehicles.
Outdoor arena:
The outdoor arena (30m x 60m) is equipped with an Equisport ebb and flow surface and a wooden fence. LED lighting is available, making it possible to use the arena in the evenings. Cabling has been installed in the light poles for connecting a music system.
Paddocks:
The paddocks are also equipped with an Equisport ebb and flow surface, drinking troughs and a sturdy wooden fence, which is also suitable for stallions. The path near the paddocks is “padfast”.
Pasture:
At the front of the plot are two pastures, which are fenced with posts and tape.
There is another pasture at the rear. This pasture is fenced with hardwood and a wooden gate. The ground is drained, and there is a sprinkler system and lighting.
On the left-hand side, there is also a large plot divided into four pastures with an adjacent extra entrance. There are drinking troughs, which can be expanded.
Horse walker:
The horse walker (Liberty) is equipped for five horses, fenced with wood and the ground is covered with rubber tiles. Lighting is also available. A beech hedge provides a natural fence.
Lunging circle:
The corrugated iron-covered lunging circle is fenced with wood and windbreak mesh and is also equipped with a sprinkler system. Next to the lunging circle, there is parking space for a truck.
Manure pit:
The manure pit has a concrete floor and walls.
