I have been working at Van Santvoort Makelaars since 2011 and during this period I took care of the sale of new building plans for the offices Eindhoven, Nuenen and Eersel. Currently I take care of the sale of new homes for the Eindhoven office. Previously I worked for Lommers Makelaars in Veldhoven (real estate agent existing building) and Danlat Bouw & Vastgoed (project developer).

What are your tasks at Van Santvoort?
Total guidance of both private clients and business clients in the field of new construction. Think about this, among other things:
Advising business clients in the area of new building initiations;
Advising business clients in the field of marketing;
Sale of new homes.
What are you proud of at Van Santvoort Makelaars?
That for years we have been able to show our added value to both our private clients (new build seekers) and business clients and partly because of this we have been nominated by our business clients last year for the title new build broker of the year. I am also enormously proud of the fact that we have been able to rank among the top 5 largest real estate agencies in the Netherlands in the field of new build for years with a select group of new build brokers.
How does Van Santvoort Makelaars contribute to your personal development?
Within Van Santvoort Makelaars there is an open culture with room for personal input and in which self initiative and a proactive attitude are appreciated. In this open culture you can make your own personal development a success by setting personal goals. By opening myself up to information and knowledge from consumers, business clients and colleagues on a daily basis, I learn new things every day. And because of this I am able to make myself more complete as a person and broker.
What is important in your work at Van Santvoort Makelaars?
Honesty and clarity. Buying a house is often the most expensive expense of life. I therefore see it as my responsibility to inform interested parties in this important choice as well and completely as possible about all the different aspects that come into play when buying a new home. A good and clear explanation at the front prevents disappointments afterwards. In addition, I see it as an important task that we, as a new estate agent, share our knowledge with our business clients in order to arrive at an optimal home layout with which success can be achieved in the current market.
What do you do besides your work?
As a daddy of Niek I like to spend my free weekends with my family. I also enjoy a game of tennis at tennis club De Korrel (Veldhoven) and I love to go mountain biking with a group of friends on Sunday mornings in the Kempen or Waalrese woods.
